Article Snippet: Heat induced epitope retrieval using Bond Epitope Retrieval 2, pH9 (Leica Biosystems AR9640) was incubated at 100°C for 20-30 min. Primary antibodies were applied at room temperature (RT) with the following parameters: Beta-Amyloid antibody (Thermo 700254) incubated for 15 min at RT at a 1:100 dilution; and Iba1 antibody (Cell Signaling 17198) incubated for 15 min at a 1:500 dilution.
